Did they advise you of any next steps when you called?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It would just be the one email sent per order so if you have recieved the one already but for the other PS5/PS4 trade in offer rather than the PS5 Pro/PS5 offer another email wont come. I presume when you say it didn't work you did try the code recieved on the recycle website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If they didn't advise any next steps and there is not any additional information in the email you have recieved, I would advise to try calling again and request to follow the escalation process if they are unable to resolve it for you.&lt;/P&gt;

If it hasn't come through after that time I would recommend getting in touch on 150 if you added it to your mobile bill or if you bought it outright or on EE finance contact our electronics team on 0800 079 0062 so they can help get it sorted.&lt;/P&gt;
