    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2702040"&gt;@imhc93&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;the code is most definitely is available via the DPD app. It’s how I get mine. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;DPD makes two attempts at delivery then it’s returned to EE. &amp;nbsp;EE don’t control how DPD manages their delivery. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So a failed delivery on Friday isn’t going to be planed in for a 2nd attempt by EE. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as for your phone number not being correct. &amp;nbsp;How are you logging in to an account if the number for that account isn’t correct? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE DELIVERY MISTAKE - not happy.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Nintendo Switch, and delivery was attempted today, but EE provided DPD with my old contact number (ending 353 instead of 984). Therefore, I couldn't receive the code, and the driver took it back. I asked EE to update my number for redelivery tomorrow, but the agent changed the delivery to Monday without my consent. I made it clear that I just needed to get the DPD delivery PIN, which was only texted, not emailed or available on the DPD app. I won't be home Monday and had rearranged plans for tomorrow. I'm very unhappy and need this delivered tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been extremely frustrating, especially as I have asked for my number to be changed numerous times, and it has not been.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have canceled plans that I had tomorrow for the item to be delivered, which it now is not going to be because the agent changed the date. I also paid extra to have the item delivered today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just very frustrated with this whole situation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was no code available on the app. I checked every page, and every option on the app, which just told me the driver would need the PIN code, or gave me.options to track the parcel or change delivery date. Even when i got my driver confirmation and one hour time slot there was no pin. I double checked my emails just incase i had missed anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had several parcels from EE (tech parcels) within the last year, and this is the first time the incorrect number was issued.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All my texts and correspondence from EE come to the right phone number, so I was confused as to why EE had passed on my old phone numer to DPD that is not in use. When I checked my account, this number was showing up. EE has now updated the number successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My main issue was that the driver was redelivering today, and the EE guide I spoke to rearranged the delivery without asking me first and has changed it to a day that I will not be available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have since spoken to DPD, who have said they will no longer try to deliver today and will deliver Monday. It's just annoying that I will now have to wait another week (as I will have to change the date again to the end of the week) for a parcel that I paid to have delivered on a set date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
