nintendo switch 2 bundle online codes already been used

i recently ordered and received the nintendo switch 2 bundle with 24 months switch online, express memory card and donkey kong game

after setting up the console and signing in went to use the code cards given, but receive an error after typing stating the codes have already been used,

tried ringing 150 didn’t realise it was hard these days to actually talk to someone and not have to press a ton of different numbers which still doesn’t get to you to a point of talking

Could you try the steps on this Nintendo help page please? If it still isn't working, there's a link to contact Nintendo directly on that page. Hopefully, they can help resolve the problem with the code. Keep us posted on what happens please.

I have the exact same issue. Customer service barely do anything and I’m still having to chase it up days later

I’ve seen many people with this issue. Why are you distributing used items?
Someone on your warehouse is stealing. I’ll be taking this further legally

i have tried the steps given on the nintendo help site, and have contacted their support and had no response or any help from them, i was given an email for ee gaming when i rang 150, and no response from them either

sadly, it seems everyone having this issue no-one is getting any help, and told to go from pillar to post with no help

everyone is paying for a product they’re not getting 100% of what they’re paying for wether it be for a gift or for themselves

I’m going to trading standards and then further as consumer rights state the product should be as described and fit for purpose. Since the retailer is EE, they are responsible for this.

Hi there, I had this issue where there was just a code in an envelope in the box that came with my bundle. When I went to redeem it, it said that it had already been used. I then opened up my actual switch 2 box further to see that there was another code at the bottom of that box which was redeemable and that code worked. I’m not entirely sure why they give a not working code when there’s a working one in the box with the switch. Hope this helps at all and if not I hope you find a solution!

Thanks both codes I received were both in the box and both should be working as my order was to two. I know they have to open the box to pack them so my guess is someone in packing is photographing them before packing and listing them online

I just had the same issue. Seems like someone’s is activating the codes when they send them out.

I had the exact same issue with the same bundle. This sucks. You buy in good faith and they fail you.

I have had the same issue. Surely there’s a flaw in the system here. Those codes are exposed when they get to the warehouse and literally anyone can photo them etc and use them.

EE could do with changing to scratch card toe vouchers.

i’ve been in contact with nintendo support, they have stated the codes have been redeemed in january 2 months before my purchase and as it’s a bundle from ee they can’t do nothing and the refer back to ee for further assistance

im expecting a planned phone call from ee tomorrow to see what nintendo said and go from there, this was after no response from the email i was given for the ee gaming side and raised a complaint i finally had someone contact me to try and sort it
