The automated message said something along the lines of "the office is closed during the festive period, please ring again during normal office hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was going to try again in the morning anyway so hopefully someone is there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 bundle with Pokemon Legends Z-A in November and didnt open it until yesterday for christmas. When i have opened it and tried to turn the console on it wont start. I have tried troubleshooting but nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am wondering if it is possible to get a replacement and who to contact as i have tried contacting this number&amp;nbsp;0800 079 0323 today and i get an automated message back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried going to a store near me to see if they could do it but they said they cant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can totally understand this is far from ideal when opening a Christmas present.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you tried to call, what was the automated message that you heard? Some of departments are closed today but will be available again tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;
