I purchased a switch 2 from EE and when it arrived it looked 2nd hand the box was in a terrible state , dented all over looked like someone had played football with the box

I contacted EE and was told boxes are there only to protect the contents I explained this was supposed to be a Xmas present and it didn't even look presentable.ee was not bothered

I am sorry to hear your box arrived damaged, I appreciate being disappointed if you are intending to give it as a gift. If you are unhappy regarding the state of the box you are able to request a return of the item for a refund, either via the order section of your account or by contacting us.
