It does seem that your Microsoft account is not recognising the subscription you have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend reaching out to our technical team to have a check on your account and they may just need to remove the extra and re-add which should allow you to re-activate using the activation link and get set back up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Xbox Game Pass</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a known issue with having the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an inclusive extra on your package?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my Xbox, it shows as the EE Game Pass Ultimate as having been cancelled, but this hasn’t been on my end. My account still shows it as my selected inclusive extra, but following any previous links to try activating it again, it shows as there being nothing needing activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s only stopped working sometime over the last couple of days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
