Mobile Carrier purchases

Hi, I’m trying to make a purchase through my PlayStation Network account.

I’ve always been able to use my mobile carrier (EE) to pay for games if I wanted to. All of a sudden I’m being told that “your mobile carrier doesn’t support purchases this large” when it’s only £40. Can I change this? If so, how?

Welcome to the EE Community

For charge to bill services there is a limit of £40 for a single transaction and £240 for monthly transactions. If it was £40 exactly or under it should allow you to add it to your bill, unless you were already near or exceeded the monthly limit.

It is not possible to change the single transaction or monthly limit.
