PlayStation®5 Slim Disc 24 month bundle with PS Plus Extra, £125 EE GameCard

I have received my 'PlayStation®5 Slim Disc 24 month bundle with PS Plus Extra, £125 EE GameCard and more' but the instructions state that 'To redeem, simply activate your new PlayStation®5 console between 11 and 21 October 2025 and select PS Plus Premium when choosing a membership on-screen', this is not working. Will I receive a code at some point in the next few days? I also have no way of redeeming the EE GameCard. Will I receive a code for that too? The information is not very clear.

Can you tell me a bit more about what's happening when you try and redeem the PlayStation Premium?

The EE GameCard is sent separately by text within a couple of days of you receiving your delivery.
