EE gamecard with purchase

I ordered the Xbox series X bundle last Friday which stated it came with 6 months of Xbox game pass ultimate and an EE Gamecard. My order got delivered on Monday but I haven’t heard anything about claiming the Gamecard. When and how will I receive this? Thank you

The Gamecards are usually sent within 2 working days of your delivery and this would be by text. If you haven't had this yet, I'd recommend contacting our customer care team so they can chase this up for you.
