I too ordered a Xbox with £70 game card. Still have not received this and its been over a month. I have had escalation forms put in and had nothing back. Last time i spoke to an agent the said i had to email the company who send out the game card as EE were just the ones who push promotion.

This was bought as a gift for my son who i can say is a little disappointed with EE as he was going to use card for new game.

Totally disappointed with the whole process from EE
