Not received my game card Xbox series x bundle

I ordered the Xbox series x as part of the £28 a month deal. The console arrived on Monday and I have not received the game card voucher of £160 that comes with it.
I checked the activation link and that only said unlimited game pass for one month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the community.

The Xbox Game Pass subscription would be a recurring monthly add-on, so the subscription will renew automatically each month for the 24 months.

If EE Game Card would normally be sent to you by text within 2 days of you receiving the console. If you've not had that message on the number that the Xbox is linked to, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides, who can chase this for you.

did you end up getting this sorted ? having the exact same issue and none of the advice is of any help at all, 150 does nothing and it’s impossible to find anything of any use

The EE Community is a user to user forum, so we don't have access to customer accounts here. As @Michael_D mentioned above, if you haven't received the message on the mobile number that the Xbox is linked to, you need to speak with our Customer Support team on 150 so that can chase it up for you.
