No Game card

Hi all

i ordered and received a Graphics card bundle that was supposed to come with a £70 ee game card but there was no card or a code for redemption in the package. was wondering if this should come via email after collection of gpu from the stor or should iy have been in the packaging

Thanks for coming to the community.

The GameCard codes should be received by text within 2 working days of receiving your Graphics card.
If you haven't received this after 2 working days, please text GameCard to 150.

Hi Debbie, Mines hasn't arrived and delivery was 3 days agon I tried 150 but its giving me generic options, nothing to do with the gamecard. I also raised this with guide, who apparently did a form thing and i was told id hear or receive it within 48 hours which i haven't.

Is their not away I can just access this gamecard from by account somewhere?

Hi there could you help me please?

i purchased a meta quest 3 and i haven't received my £50 ee gamecard, i have contacted ee and they have sent an escalation email but nothing has come of it.

I'm sorry that you've not heard back from the team since escalating this, and I understand that this is far from ideal. As we do not have account access here on the Community I'd recommend reaching back out to the team, and they'll be able to help you get this resolved.
