I need help getting my £70 game card. Bought the Xbox bundle in store, who said it would be 24 hours before I got the text.

then after 24 hours I was asked to wait a further 48

now today I have been told it will be 14 days in case I try to scam them and return the Xbox.

Nowhere was it advertised before purchasing that I would have to wait 14 days.

can someone help me get my code as 14 days is just ridiculous

You won't! You cannot claim the freebie before 14 days after purchase. This is because up until then you have a statutory cooling-off period during which you could take advantage of & return your device. No one would want to send out a free gift until they are sure of the sale of the main product.

Can you send a link to where it says the game card is only available after 14 days?

as I said already said, men in the shop said 24 hours, support chat said 48 (72 from purchase). Now 7 days after purchase they say 14 days.
