Hello I have. Email about my free game pass ultimate with my Xbox bundle when I log in on the ee site it dont show that I haven’t it when I follow what it says I don’t see anything about Xbox when I log in

Hi I have Xbox gamepass from ee they said wait 14days to activate it when I click on the link for it sign in on ee site I don’t see my gamepass or the Xbox tab

Do you have the Xbox Game pass as part of an Xbox bundle you have added to your mobile bill? Or do you have it through your broadband plan?

If its the mobile plan, if you go to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number the Xbox is being billed on, are you able to complete setup?
