I recently purchased the Asus nitro package which included 24 months of Xbox ultimate. It has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received any confirmation via text or email how to redeem this.

Does the Xbox Game Pass add-on show on your EE account?

Could you go to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the mobile number that this is linked to, to activate this?

Hi,

The only options I see when I sign into that site is cyber security duo and dark web monitoring that I need to activate, nothing else shows. I am using the same number also
