      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a text this morning with a Gamecard voucher number and PIN code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says that the PIN code is wrong... i could try 9999 different combinations until i get it right, but is there an easier way? I have emailed the 3rd party company, but no reply so far?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve also had the exact same issue, called 150 who couldn’t help. Must be some sort of issue when generating the cards as I’ve done the gamecard process before and it all worked. I can also check the gamecard and see the funds available so it’s deffo an issue with the pin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has anyone got a solution for this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. I ordered the Meta quest 3S 2 weeks ago now and was supposed to come with £100 EE GamerCard after 3-4 days I got the text with the code tried the EE game store added what I wanted to buy typed in the pin and it said incorrect pin, I've messaged bhneegaming like 4 times no reply and spoken to 6 EE customer service agents the last one today said I would need to wait another week then contact them again. This is getting beyond ridiculous. How hard is it to issue gift cards it's a 5 second job.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a reply from them this morning -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“Thank you for your enquiry.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are currently investigating this incorrect PIN issue and will be in contact once it has been resolved.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So at least they’re aware of the issue. Hopefully they sort it quickly!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That is frankly scandalous! Send us the item again? The process you went through to try to give us the item originally, do that again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that’s not possible, you get on the phone to the 3rd party? Why should it be us? We haven’t engaged in using their services, you have!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I placed an order for a switch on the 30th May - received the game card on the 2nd of June and it says the pin is incorrect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have emailed&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:bhneegaming@waivpay.com" target="_blank"&gt;bhneegaming@waivpay.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on the 4th and 7th June no one has acknowledged my existence and every EE guide keeps telling me different things. One even said to wait 14 days after you've got your order as it will work then.. clearly not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Fingers crossed it gets fixed soon as I have one very unhappy daughter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thought I would give an update to this from what I have encountered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i escalated this to EE last week through multiple platforms (X, complaint email and over the phone).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After several emails to the company in question and after raising a complaint both online and over the phone &amp;amp; my complaints handler also being unable to reach waivpay, it was agreed a one off £50 gesture of goodwill will be reduced from my next bill to compensate for the missing gift card balance. After all it is within EE policy to make sure that the bundles provided do not total up to more than what the RRP would be if you tallied them all together and purchased individually (I assume this is why the vouchers are thrown in)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also suggest anyone doing the same as myself to excert the fact that the third party is responsible for the card in question, the contract you have is with EE and not the third party. The only other option would be to return the items due to a faulty gamecard and then reorder another bundle which you would be within your rights to do but again illogical considering the situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to lodge the complaint within 14 days of purchase to allow an exception on the return window so for those who haven’t done so already I would lodge the complaints now. Also the more complaints the more leverage it makes to get the situation sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my complaints handler was lovely, I could not fault her and she went above and beyond to try and rectify this issue and although it is EE who have taken the brunt of the frustration this is only due to how impossible it is to speak to the third party!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope the above helps anyone in the same position.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also. As a heads up if the funds do eventually become available (I don’t think they will personally) then due the the fact it is a good will gesture the funds will still be available on the card to use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
