Xbox Scorpio Bundle

I have just received the Xbox Series X in the mail today.

The bundle is meant to include the £70 EE game card and Game Pass Ultimate.

When I finished setting up the Xbox and signed in, the Xbox asked if I wanted to purchase Game Pass. How do I go about getting this linked to my account?

Also, in regard to the £70 EE Game Card, I went to add what I wanted into the basket on the EE Game Pass and it started to ask about Game Card information, was I meant to receive an email with this or a physical card? (I have received neither)

Thanks for coming to our community.

I hope you are enjoying your new Xbox! The GameCard arrived by text within 2 working days of you receiving your console, if that hasn't happened then our customer care team can chase that up for you.

The Games Pass is added to the mobile number you used to order the Xbox and you would get a text to complete the activation to that number. Have you had any texts through about this yet?

I haven't receive any texts to activate the game pass yet, no.

It might be a bit early, but can you try going to https://ee.co.uk/xbox @EqSylar and following the activation there?
