Activating 6 months Game Pass Ultimate with broadband

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this.

I took out B/B with EE in April/May 2024 that came with 6 months free GPU, Since I was already subscribing to GPU and had over a year left, I was going to wait until it expired before I used the EE one. Now when I go via the link in the email, there is no option to activate the free 6 months, just the option for a monthly sub for £14.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

We no longer offer the inclusive Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with our broadband packages, so that may be why you aren't seeing the option to add the free one online.

The best thing I can suggest would be to speak to our customer service guides, who can bring up your account and see if this is something they can get added for you.
