    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean switching off WiFi enhancer completely or just the gaming bit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was getting moderate NAT even before it was on and still when switching off gaming boost or whatever it is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had my Xbox Series X connected to my EE Broadband router since it was installed roughly 8 months ago. &amp;nbsp;There have been no issues at all up until last Friday when I received the following message on my network status on my Xbox:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NAT Type: Moderate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UPnP not successful&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has given me a persistent lag and has made matchmaking very tricky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone shed any light on how to fix this? &amp;nbsp;I feel like I’ve exhausted all options and have tried the following;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changed my IP address for the device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- toggle off UPnP in EE job settings, reset router and Xbox, turn it back on, toggle UPnP back on, reset router etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- added DMZ to my Xbox&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- port forwarding&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No success with any of this. &amp;nbsp;Is there any other suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had this issue literally just figured it out myself as ee cs was useless… on the ee app go into broadband and look for WiFi enhancer - switching that off resolved Nat &amp;nbsp;and upnp issue on both my series x and ps5 &amp;nbsp;- there both connected by Ethernet cable so unsure why switching off WiFi enhancer resolved it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is still an issue today - phone team have no knowledge of this, very frustrating, gonna have to switch back to my old hub which had ZERO issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
