      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a Xbox series X bundle with 24 months of Xbox ultimate and a £70 EE game card and when it arrived only the console was in the box with no cards, have received no emails, texts or anything in the post so far. Any ideas when I will get these or have they been missed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When did you receive the Xbox? You would usually get the EE Game Card within 2 working days of the Xbox arriving.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the Game Pass Ultimate, can you try to go to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/xbox" target="_blank"&gt;this activation page&lt;/A&gt;, and enter the mobile number that the Xbox is linked to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have any trouble, can you try on mobile data instead of WiFi, and try another browser.&lt;/P&gt;

That will only happen once the add-on is there. I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 as it seems this hasn't happened as it should have.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lesley&lt;/P&gt;</description>
