    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I preordered a Switch 2 but I’ve been sent no email to confirm and there seems to be no way to find the order in my account (just mobiles and broadband orders). I snapped a picture of the order no. luckily but I’ve had no trace beyond that. I bought it 9 hours ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is there no live chat with EE? Can’t see the option anywhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help? Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4751005"&gt;@Katana2k&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; is this an add to plan or an outright purchase? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There are two shops that you can purchase from. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;One is for EE contract customers to purchase items each month when they are billed for their contract the other is for none EE customers. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
