&lt;P&gt;If you call us on 0800 956 6000, no EE number will be needed to speak to a guide. Once a guide is available, they will get the Game Pass subscription looked into for you and see what they can do to help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
