Is "Expected Delivery Date: Out of Stock" normal for pre-orders from EE?

Hi, I just ordered a Switch 2 from this site but as the title says, the expected delivery date in the email confirmation I recieved says "Out of Stock". I have not used EE before so I'm wondering if anyone else who has ordered a switch 2 or hardware from EE in general can confirm that this is normal, really hoping it is at least shipped on the day of release.

I was wondering the same thing. I got the confirmation email but my order still displays the delivery date as "out of stock" like you said. Fingers crossed for both of us it's all a-okay.

You should probably contact support in that case and see what's up, if the money has gone through then you should have received an email of some kind.

Just spoke to a lovely guy from the EE helpline to check on the order progress and ask why I hadn’t got the email confirmation. I screenshotted the order number and everything and he said that the order had gone through and everything was alright with it, and that I’d get an email closer to the release date. He just told me to keep the screenshot of the order confirmation page
