EE Broadband & Google WiFi Double NAT

Hi,

I currently have EE broadband Smart Hub connected up to a Google Mesh WiFi system in my house, everything is working fine for general use, but i am noticing that im getting Double NAT when i try to play online on my Xbox.

Has anyone ever had this before and know how to fix this, ive googled it multiple time and have come to answers?

@TommGreenn it is a standard result when you put two routers between your gaming device and the internet source.

If you do not have Digital Voice or EE TV, you could remove the EE Router and connect your Google direct to the ONT using PPOE settings.

Or if you have DV or TV, change the Google from a router to Access Point.
