Recently purchased a graphics card via tech accessories that comes with:

24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Play hundreds of games on your Xbox console.
24 month EE Gamer’s Data Pass. Play games on your phone without using your mobile data.
24 month EE Video Data Pass. Watch videos from your favourite apps without using your mobile data.

How/where do I check to see if I have / activate these?

Welcome to the Community.

Great to hear you've purchased a Graphics Card!

For add-to-plans, the Xbox pass should automatically be added to the mobile number which you monthly accessory cost is added to.

If you go to ee.co.uk/xbox

Enter the mobile number to generate a One Time Pin
You'll get a security check page where you'll be asked to enter the One Time Pin
Finally, you'll be taken to an activate page. This will show you anything that's awaiting activation

Yeah, there nothing there, the purchase was made 2 days ago and delivered yesterday, no texts received re the 24 month bundle, do I need to wait on a text?

The text is sent automatically once the subscription is added to your line.

It may be worth waiting for the text, as that will indicate it has been added 🙂

Hello - I've waited a decent amount of time and tried this - unfortunately I get the message

Looks like there's nothing to activate

Where do I go to get the appropriate "thing" added to my phone number to get this bundle?

In addition to this when i look at addons in my ee, I see the following

Xbox Gaming Bundle

Free

This add-on cannot be removed

So looks like its there, I just dont know how to activate it and I haven't received a text, there is only one mobile number on my account also

Thanks for coming back to us.

Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser. or tried another browser or device to see if the same thing happens?

It is also worth trying it over mobile data rather than WiFi.

Let me know if that lets you get any further.
