&lt;P&gt;With Game Pass we recently discontinued this offer for new broadband connections, so it's no longer possible to redeem this via the EE app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you ordered before the 28th of January 2025 and are on an eligible plan though, our customer care team may still be able to help you get this activated via our end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I did exactly as you suggested yesterday and during a 34 minute call I was resent a text message containing a link to activate the Game Pass. This - like the initial link - didn't work. Ultimately, the guide&amp;nbsp; suggested I checked the online help on how to set my subscription up!! Complete waste of time. I have become increasingly frustrated with EE customer service. In the 2 months since moving over from BT I have spent more time calling 150 than my previous 30 years with BT!! Not happy...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that you were just given the same link again and then referred to the online help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would be something that our tech guides need to look into further for you, and if needed they would open a complaint and ticket to escalate it further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The best thing I can suggest would be to speak to them again and if you are not satisfied you can raise the complaint to a manager.&lt;/P&gt;
