    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive contacted this number, and there appears to be no way to speak to anybody to make this purchase? If i press 1 to speak to somebody, i instead get sent a link to the same options ive already tried, and if i press 2, i get a list of options that aren't applicable to me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, its a 24 month plan im trying to add, and ive had the same issue in chrome and edge. It should be a box to enter you card details that loads, it worked using edge on my end.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have any kind of VPN in use, have you tried both on data and Wi-Fi and if possible on another device to see if it loads ok?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No VPN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried on mobile phone and on desktop pc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried on wifi as well as mobile data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thats exactly the problem, the portal to enter card details just isnt loading for me no matter which configuration of devices and connections i use&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called 150 and just went onto phone bills etc. Got a call back and now sorted. Seemed no issue. But a lot of hassle to get it sorted&lt;/P&gt;</description>
