&lt;P&gt;Or, did you buy the bundle from the EE Store with no existing EE account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called 150, they didn’t have a clue. Told me to fill&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;in a request form online. Filled in the request form, no response. Found another contact form for EE shop, they denied it had anything to do with them. This is a product that I signed a contract for with EE, I am billed for by EE, I was supplied with the product by EE yet no one at EE has a clue what to do. I have been mis sold a product MONTHS ago and am getting really **bleep**ed off now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
