Hi, i was wondering why i haven’t received my hella chill code. i was told to wait a month (after providing my order code, it was accepted and that’s where i was told to expect it in a month).

this was an offer which after the original (get a free code for EE members). it stated that any purchase from the EE store would give me a code for the in game item.

any help would be lovely, thank you:)

What did you order?

I can see details of an offer that we had for purchasing Call of Duty Black Ops 6, and other Black Ops 6 bundles that made buyers eligible for the free Hella Chill skin, and other in-game items.

i purchased a xbox gift card via the EE game store.

So if i’m correct, that’s the first offer which started when Black Ops 6 was released (end of november/start of october) and then ended. But this offer was during december, and didn’t specify that it had to be a Black ops 6 purchase or black ops 6 bundle purchase.

Hi there, thank you for the response!

I understand that the offer isn’t available now, but i claimed it when it was available and being advertised. after inputing my order details, it confirmed the offer and said i should expect to wait up to a month to receive the code for the hella chill bundle, which was on the 13th Dec.
