Game card error

I purchased a meta quest 3 with the £50 game card for Christmas, received the confirmation and the game card number and PIN code … I’ve been trying now for 2 weeks to get the credit to buy a game or 2 and it keeps saying verification error. I’m at the the end of my tether now trying to get this to work has anyone had this issue and was able to resolve it? Or has anyone got any suggestions on how to get it work? HELP 🥹

No as I haven’t been able to redeem the EE game card onto a meta card as such yet through the EE game store, it’s only a 10 digit code they have sent me along with a pin to purchase the meta game card not an actual meta game gift card. Just getting frustrated now with it.

Have you tried redeeming the voucher using a different device or browser? Please also make sure any VPNs are turned off when you try.

I haven’t I’ll give that a try as well thank you I’ll reply if I manage to get somewhere with it.
