Original payment reverted then retaken a few days later

I ordered an Xbox series S using PayPal, I was given a confirmation email only to find the next day the payment had been reverted back to me.

now 4 days later the payment has been taken again , I can’t find anything about this order apart from the original confirmation email before the payment was reverted .

Its great to hear you have ordered a Xbox with EE and I'm really sorry you have experienced these payment issues I could imagine how frustrating this must be.

I can’t seem to find anywhere to get in touch about gaming devices , when I called the number it was for broadband or EE phones, I am lost

If you follow think link @Euanmc: Orders And Returns Help | EE

Then scroll down to Electronics, accessories and Sim free handset orders, then select track your order. It should allow you to log in and enter your order details.

If you are calling, select the options for mobile customer customer services and they can get you through to the digital sales team.

When I click into Electronics, accessories and Sim free handset orders it takes me back to a page to track mobile devices and broadband only.

You ordered from https://store.ee.co.uk , an offshoot of the High St. EE stores, as you are paying by PayPal. This is separate from the main EE Shop. You need to phone them.
