Where are these threads and how do we get to them? I've got a HUAWEI AI cube router and having the same problem where is the thread that explains how to get past the dynamic i.p issue? This would be helpfull to anyone reading this.

Got a 4g EE Smart hub, works for general internet on phones and what not. But my Xbox series X won’t connect properly, says Nat type unavailable. Test NAT Type results in a can’t find toredo IP message, power cycle doesn’t work. Then suggests ensuring UDP port 3544 isn’t blocked.. call support to ask for assistance doing so but just get told box can’t connect to games consoles as IP isn’t stable enough, surely this must be fixable, I had Xbox connected to LTE router while living in a static caravan how can I not through a 4g hub in a flat?!

any one had this issue and knows a fix?

Hi @Ro4ch717

Welcome to the community.

Games consoles tend to prefer a fixed IP, which you generally get with home broadband. Our Mobile Network uses dynamic IP. There are a few threads here in the community where users have found ways to get connected.
