    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered PS5 Black Friday bundle&amp;nbsp; on 26th November, arrived 2 days later minus the £150 gamecard, but included the four £50 Playstation vouchers for the 2 years PSplus. Makes absolutely no sense to include one but not the other!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chased the matter numerous times with EE and whilst they were extremely helpful it still took almost a month to receive a code, which on trying to redeem on Christmas morning didnt work and when we looked closer, we worked out that that the code should be 11 digits, the code that was sent only has 10. I have been told that I have to email the firm that are responsible for the gamecards, which is pointless because that was the first thing I did, a month ago and they still haven' replied!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely there is some sort of breach of contract on a big scale happening here. I'm considering seeking legal advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I purchased the Xbox console add on which included a £150 gamecard, a 24 month live subscription &amp;amp; the console, firstly I had to chase the subscription that finally came then I've waited over 3 weeks &amp;amp; numerous calls to ee to finally get the gamecard on Christmas eve this was going to be a present for my son. I go to redeem the gamecard &amp;amp; it's got zero credit on it. I'm furious not only could they have given it me weeks ago when I was asking but this time they gave it me instantly but now I'm left with no way to contact anyone before Christmas day tomorrow I'm also going to have to chaser it with black hawk network who are notorious for not getting back to you. I'LL NEVER USE EE AGAIN ONCE MY CONTRACT IS UP!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The deny any knowledge and tell you to contact EE, extremely rude, barely understandable and continually spoke over me.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s disgusting that we have to contact a third party in the first instance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is clearly a scam of massive proportions being undertaken by Black Hawk Network. They are literally sending out zero balance game cards and probably pocketing the money or using them themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the fact that EE literally do not care that you can’t get a reply out of them just shows what a shoddy company they are.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;chargeback the card you used for the value of the card. Don’t let them get away with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I completely agree with you and judging by the amount of negative comments&lt;BR /&gt;that I have seen posted by people on this forum regarding the subject, then&lt;BR /&gt;surely we all collectively have grounds to seek legal counsel and put a&lt;BR /&gt;stop to what is happening to people.. I took that bundle deal as a last&lt;BR /&gt;resort because I have been unable to work due to an accident and didnt have&lt;BR /&gt;a lot of free money to lay out on christmas and not wanting to let my son&lt;BR /&gt;down, I took the PS bundle because it was a brilliant offer, or so I&lt;BR /&gt;thought!!&lt;BR /&gt;I dont think that it would be impossible for a number of us to put our&lt;BR /&gt;heads together, combine our collective experiences and seek legal advice as&lt;BR /&gt;a group.&lt;BR /&gt;This can't keep happening to people unabated.</description>

They were rude, spoke over me when I was speaking and did not care. And looking back on this forum and seeing that there are complaints dating back to 2021 , it seems like EE dont care neither, otherwise they would have cut ties with that **bleep** show at the 1st opportunity. EE are just as much to blame because it seems to me that they are facilitating this apparent scam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Called Blackhawk who flat out denied that they even make the cards and I should call EE. Called EE who raised another form (that's 5 now) and told me to wait a few more days for a resolution. I honestly don't know how they could mess up this badly it doesn't seem hard but evidently it really is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rang Black Hawk again today today, this time they acted as though they were trying to be helpful, said they were transferring me to customer services but instead transferred me to a whole new external company that they work with, who didnt have clue what i was talking about and who also claimed to have no way of transferring me back to Black Hawk Network. Ive had enough now and I am contacting a solicitor, anyone that wants to share their experiences, with the solcitor when I speak to them are more than welcome, just reply on here and i will get back to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have been in contact with EE close to 10 times in the last month, emailed BHN twice and called BHN twice and where has it got me? NOWHERE!! That’s where it has gotten not only me but the countless other people in my situation.
