Good morning

I ordered the Black Friday PS5 deal for £30.00 per month, Was supposed to come with 24 months Playstation Plus Extra (which was attached in voucher form) and also a FREE £150.00 EE GameCard

As of yet I cant see any details of how this EE Gamecard will come to me for renewal

Can someone please assist in telling me how this will be sent to myself, or if i have missed something, how i go about redeeming this?

Usually you should receive your GameCard redemption message within 48 hours of the console being delivered, when was it that you received this?

Have you added this to an existing mobile account too, or are you not a mobile customer and have gone for EE Finance?

I received this on Tuesday and as mentioned could not find any information in any of the literature, hence me asking here

I will await the redemption message then

If you have no text after the 48 hours, could you try texting EE GameCard to 150 and let me know how you get on?
