Bought a ps5 controller from the app store a gift for my son and had received it already opened with a scuff mark on the controller. Followed the returns process and was notified that it has been received at the returns department and I now had to wait up to 72 hours for it to be cancelled and a new one sent out, I've had to wait 2 weeks for this to happen even though they acknowledged that they have it and now I've been told it's all out of stock. After speaking to 4 different EE staff for over 2 weeks to get this resolved I am left with no controller to give to my son unless I pay more from a different retailer as his chosen colour has gone back up in price. Absolutely terrible service from all departments Customer service. Digital sales and Returns. I plan not to make any future purchases from the app store again due to the experience of returning a faulty item, it was an absolutely horrible process that should have been so simple.

It should have taken 72 hours from when it was returned back and cancelled in order to send a new controller out. it took 2 weeks for the returns department to cancel it and it then went out of stock. Should they had taken the stated time of 72 hours the it might not have gone out of stock.

Sent from Outlook for Android<>
