Looking to buy Xbox series X.

My partner is looking to buy one but hasn’t yet done it so I’m hoping to buy it as a Christmas present.

Do EE offer returns on this product if he should end up with a duplicate?

The lady in store said not if to buy in store but thinks they ‘might’ offer returns if you order through the website so just looking for clarification before I spend the money!

Welcome to the community.

If you purchase an Xbox bundle from us online or over the phone, you do have a 14 day return period if he doe pick one up himself.

You don't need to have it back to us in the 14 days, just let us know that you want to return it and we'll let you know how to send it back.
