Go into Network settings on the console, run the test nat type settings a few times and it will open up. It worked for me on the Smart Hub Pro. Think I had to run it 3 times to open. Still occasionally shows as moderate but running the test once after that seems to open it up again.

I've just joined ee on the gigabit package I'm having an issue with nat type moderate and UPnP not successful I've seen other forums but never any answers. I have seen port forwarding does not work and I wouldn't know how to do it, adding the device to DMZ does not work, xbox help section does not work so what's happening if it can't be sorted I feel I'm going to have to go elsewhere as my head was turned by the fact this broadband advertises great gaming.

I'd suggest you double check your NAT status within a game as Call of Duty: BO6 which with my old router was working fine, is actually still showing the NAT type as moderate, despite the attempt to try and trick the xbox by running the test a few times. In that sense of more closely mirrors the PS5 which stays moderate regardless.
