PS5 Pro bundle missing vouchers!

I went for the £39 per month PS5 Pro deals thats meant to come with £250 PSN vouchers and a £70 EE Gamecard but got only the console!

Is this normal?! Not happy at all...23 years with EE and I want my vouchers!

Thanks for coming to our community.

The EE GameCard is sent by text 2 working days after you receive the console. If that hasn't happened, I'd recommend giving our team a call so they can look into this and the PlayStation Store gift cards.

Spoke to them, they've escalated it via webform? About the PSN cards missing.

But rep tells me it's on a scrap bit of paper??? Everyone says its PSN cards but rep thinks it's on paper. It's a good thing this wasn't a Xmas gift otherwise would have been a nasty surprise!

Sadly have to wait now and see if I was ripped off (nothing new) or if EE will send them to me.

I got a PS5 Pro last week. The PSN vouchers came in an envelope stuck to the side of the box. 5x 50 PlayStation gift cards, to redeem and then buy the access. Just waiting on the £70 EE game voucher now.

I didn't get an envelope, didn't even get an email of my order or even any paperwork with said deal.

Rang EE and one guy said its on a piece of paper with codes, another said its an Egift voucher sent on email.

So far no one seems to know how these codes are actually sent.

Going to wait till Wednesday before I go mad at this.

Same here, a £50 voucher missing and no gamercard!
