Are you an EE mobile contract customer? If not, you can't text to 150 & so you can't get it. It is an EE promotion to its mobile users.

@XRaySpeX they have run out of these due to high demand and are trying to restock i believe and customers are starting to get texts to this effect. Although the text service is also still just throwing errors, probably due to said demand.

You're probably on here more than me/better equipped to tell people, I get tired of trying to comment the same thing on every thread😂

The banner on the EE Gaming site has updated to reflect this.

I just called 150 and they generated the code for me over the phone. I now have the Hella Chill Skin

Who did you speak to(which options did you choose). I was told they are out of stock and can’t generate them over the phone 😞

I went through to billing and the lady literally did it for me over the phone. She then text me the code to copy. Went on website and entered code. Turned my pa5 on and it was there straight away...

Nope. No luck with billing, they put me through to Technical and they couldn’t do it as they’ve sold out 😞

It’s not happening. You must have gotten extremely lucky, I haven’t and have wasted nearly an hour on the phone.

What words did you use?
So frustrating, if some agents can sort this and some can’t.

Called a few more times and it’s definitely something they can’t do over the phone and the promotion is now OVER.

Hi matey have no reason to wind anyone up. Truss me. I rang today and did it over the phone. Spoke to billing team. Loyalty team told me to call and ask manager. Wouldn't have taken a pic and posted if I was lying

I thought it was billing that gave you the code? Do I need to speak to loyalty or a manager? How did you get through to a manager?

Sorry, I’m just frustrated, calling up CS and asking the same thing over and over and getting absolutely nowhere.

OK... loyalty called me randomly as been with EE for 11 years. Asking me about savings i could have i then asked the agent whilst your on the phone. Do you know about this bo6 promotion. He spoke to his manager and told me I need to call customer services.. I then rang billing and the lady spoke to her manager and she did the code over the phone and then texted it to me. I placed her on hold. Tried it and then it worked.. that's the full story...

EE does have codes as of 2 days ago ignore the banner on the Gaming site as that's false. Codes are not being distributed to the public from what I have been told by an internal employee of EE.
