I was trying to redeem the code for the skin but when I sent the text it said they are ‘out’ of codes, any idea when there will be more or another way to get the skin?

The response I had advises to keep an eye on ee.co.uk/gaming for updates

“Due to high demand, we have currently ran out of codes for our EE bonus in-game items and our exclusive Black Ops 6 bundles.

We are working on getting some more, keep an eye on ee.co.uk/gaming for updates.”

Hi, I am also trying to redeem a code as a PM customer and I keep checking ee.co.uk/gaming but I can’t anything that even remotely looks like black ops 6 code information

Only found out about this today as was not notified of its existence only to text the number exited to get a code as i have been a loyal ee customer for some years only to come to the crushing realisation that you guys have not been provided with enough codes for all your customers and then to find out people have been given multiple codes and are reselling them for upwards of 20 pounds feels even worse that i cant even get one code and you guys cannot give a time frame when you engage in fomo business practices and cant follow through with promises people's trust greatly drops is it even possible for you guys to send an automated message to me with the code when they are available if you cannot provide a time frame.

Hi @RuthlessAK , this is a community forum, you are not messaging EE directly and as such no one can answer that question for you.

In regard to automated communications about this, a lot of this can be subject to marketing permissions but it is unlikely that EE would text everyone on their network about this as most people really would not care apart from gamers and see it as spam or junk.

It was a well-publicised promotion within the gaming space when it launched with articles and videos posted, however like any promotion it is on a first-come first-serve basis.

It is quite possible that Activision did not provide as many codes as EE would have liked, or that the demand exceeded what either would have expected. Activision were never going to provide enough codes for every EE customer as that is a ridiculous amount of codes.

Hopefully these can be restocked and you can get your hands on a code.

Important to mention it is totally free... EE did not have to offer this at all, or could have limited it to just those that bought the game from them or one of the gaming bundles.

I can understand the feeling of missing out, but the promotion has been available for almost 2 weeks at this point.

Please don’t be so condescending; the codes have been out of stock for well over a week, they weren’t up for long. As @RuthlessAK has mentioned it looks like certain people completely wiped out the supply for personal gain.

It wouldn’t be too difficult to get a time frame or an update, rather than the copy and paste replies on here, social media and customer services.

As for not receiving a text adverting this; I get plenty of advertising from EE, often gaming related, not on this occasion however.

I don't believe I was being condescending whatsoever, I am simply pointing out that offers like these are always limited in nature (where by time or stock or both).

The offer has been available since at least the 25th of October and hopefully it can be restocked but there was never going to be a world where everyone that wanted a code got one and that likely falls somewhere between EE and Activision.

Regardless, the community is unable to resolve this and answers must come from EE directly.

Repetitive posts demanding answers from EE on a user forum does not achieve anything.

As you can see I've tried to be as helpful as I can to give some possible reasons as to why this would happen which may help some people rationalise it, but other than that any further movement on this is in the hands of the two companies.

As far as i know they aren't giving codes out anymore. I have been trying for ages all i get is a message back saying they are out of codes, i even thought id ring and ask about it and the three different people i spoke too in different departments after getting passed around had no idea about the blackops6 code at all, they said they couldn't find anything about it on thier system at all. So if EE themseleves don't even know the event is happening it doesn't give me much hope that anyone will get a code lol.

Been waiting weeks now for this code. It says every EE member should get one but there’s no codes for over a month now… what a joke. Surely it isn’t that difficult to just generate some more codes. Messing customers about big time. It’s been weeks of me texting 150 now and I get the same “due to high demand” message every single time. Please get a move on.
