&lt;P&gt;Just so I can be 100% sure with this one, when you purchased your Xbox bundle in-store did you pay for this outright, or add it to an EE contract to pay for monthly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also do you have a mobile or broadband contract with us active at the moment?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Xbox game pass</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought my Xbox with EE in a store, they informed me that I would receive two envelopes with a Game Pass Ultimate code, each with a two-year license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was no envelope inside the box, I went back to the store and they told me they would send it by mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After another week I went back to the store, they called the center and told me they would send the code by SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, after 1 month and 4 days, I haven't received anything. I've been to the store 4 times and now they say I need to call the center to resolve the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;I signed up to BT for 2 years and I never even had to enter a code because they already added the 2 years of Game Pass to my email. Now with EE, I'm going to end up paying for the Xbox without playing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
