PS5 Pro Deliveries Delayed?

Hey

When you now go onto the EE page where you can order a PS5 Pro it says,

"More than 50 on order, delivery delayed - Limited to 1 per customer

Delivery:

Standard: Due date unavailable"

Is this only for orders placed now as I pre-ordered mine over a month ago...

If you have an outstanding pre-order on a PS5 Pro, we will fulfill these as soon as we can on a first come, first served basis following release.

Please keep an eye on your texts and we'll let you know when this is out for delivery.

My order says the same 1 allocated. But it is now nearly 6pm and no dispatch or saying going out for delivery. Pretty poor from EE if it does not arrive on release day when I pre ordered on the 10/10/24 the day they went live

Wouldn’t worry yet. I had something delivered from Sky today and I didn’t get a DPD notification until 9pm yesterday to say they were expecting the parcel. And then it was delivered today.

Ok mate let's see. Just strange doesn't say dispatched on the EE order. But to be honest this my first time ordering from EE so not sure how works.

Hi,

Mine is sitting at "order allocated" aswell and was wondering what the next stage of an update would be?

I've seen some EE support team saying they are sent out on a first come, first serve basis - I ordered mine basically as soon as it went live on the site 😂

Really hoping this comes tomorrow as I cancelled it from playstation direct to get it through EE.

Mine is still saying Order allocated with no dispatch email. Have you had any dispatch email from DPD etc? I've had nothing so not expecting it now.

Makes you wonder what EE staff have been doing all day when despatch emails are trickling out now at this time.
they know the launch is today but they as well as other companies seem to just ignore the demand.
once they got your cash they fail to care anymore.

Kind of strange. Like I'm wondering do I go in work tommorow now and not waste a day off. Knowing my luck I will get a dispatch email first thing when I'm in work haha. I've only seen one person saying they have a dispatch email on here.

Yer nothing on mine so it looks like EE have let us down boys. Just a simple task is asked that they send the stuff out so everyone can get their stuff on day of release. It’s not much to ask is it? Especially since they knew this day was coming for a few months. They will try and blind you with terms that says 2-3 days etc etc but it don’t cover fact they are pis* poor at delivering.

It was me who had a dispatch email. At around 18:48.

My tracking and delivery is with Parcel Force not DPD tho.

Still stuck on order allocated. No update. Went in work so I did not waste a day. Do hope it gets dispatched today for tommorow but not holding much luck.

Do you guys all have the disc drive? I made a huge mistake and never got one and they are impossible to find now.... No way I'm paying scalpers over the odds for one either (going for £200 plus on eBay, mental)

yer same here mate. One thing I have learned over the years is never to rely on any of these companies to deliver on time (they make sure they take your money though on time don't they). If they actually do then its a bonus. No I didn't get the disc drive yet. I only have one or two games that I don't play that often so it isn't an urgent thing.

Yer just to add if anyone wants to cancel their order with EE then Argos have them in stock, and so do Amazon as well also Currys. With Argos as well you can go and collect today and in some areas they will deliver same day, which is incredible seen as EE cant even sort delivery out on launch with months notice....
