Xbox game pass with acer pc bundle

Hello,

I bought the acer pc tower that came with the Xbox game pass for 24 months. I have now had the pc for 1 month and its asking for payment on the Xbox account. There is nothing on my EE account to show that I even have this subscription. I only just about managed to find the "tech add on" on my bill. I have apple music as an exclusive extra with my phone, this isn't getting in the way of having game pass is it? I mainly bought the pc because it came with game pass so it would all be included in my EE monthly bill and not have to worry about a separate bill going out

I’ve had similar issues, it’s been such a nightmare sorting this out as well. They really need to improve how they provide their services if they’re offering these game passes with bundles. I’m sorry ur having trouble hope you manage to sort it very soon

Welcome to the EE Community

The Xbox Game Pass will be separate from the Apple Music so wont effect it. If you go to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number you have added the bundle to and confirm a PIN, do you see the Xbox game pass there with an activate button?

There’s nothing to activate. I don’t think I even received a text to activate it in the first place

@EmmaLRogerson92 If nothing is showing available to activate on that link after confirming the PIN, you will need to call us on 150 and one of our guides can help get the Xbox Game Pass product from your bundle manually added to be able to then activate it on that link.

phoned up 150 and all sorted now. unfortunately i misread the offer and it was for gaming data and not the actual game pass itself
