Products with inclusive Xbox Ultimate

Last October I got an Xbox S with the 24 month inclusive Xbox Ultimate bundle. Nothing came through about the Xbox bundle, and I had to chase up to get it.

I've just ordered a Graphics Card with a 24 month inclusive Xbox Ultimate bundle. Nothing came through, so looks like I'm going to have to chase again.

Does anyone have a good experience with these products - does anybody actually receive the Xbox ultimate bundle without actually having to chase EE? It's just like they are trying to dodge it, it seems a very questionable practice.

I am sorry you have not had the link to get set up with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Can I just check, do you have the Game Pass add-on showing in your EE account?

Hi there, it's showing these two. I purchased this last week: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 12G Graphics Card 24 month bundle with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and more

It is showing at the monthly price of £31, but I haven't seen anything to do with Xbox games pass on that one.

Hi there, nope, not there. There was the TNT/Discovery+ activation which I'd not been able to do before, but no xbox.

That should be showing any subscriptions that are ready to activate.

If the Xbox Game Pass isn't there, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service guides, who can check the account and chase this for you.
