No xbox ultimate and EE game card with bundle

I received my Xbox bundle that should have included Xbox bundle and £150 EE game card.
The Xbox ultimate is showing on my account as add ons free of charge. Does this automatically get credited as I already have a Xbox ultimate game pass with Microsoft?

also when and how do I receive the EE game card?

any help would be appreciated 👍

Welcome to the EE Community

Great to hear you have received your Xbox bundle. To setup your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, visit ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the number the game pass has been added to and follow the steps. It will show a 1 month subscription when you are redeeming it with Microsoft but its a rolling monthly subscription for the 24 months.

The information for claiming the GameCard should be received within 2 working days by text. If you don't receive anything after that time, please give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can send a form to the product team to get it sent out to you.
