So I am trying to get the EE black ops 6 skin but all I’m getting is the same message from EE when I text the message “BLACKOPS6” can anyone help with this

Are you an EE customer who purchased the game?

All EE customers and those who purchase the new gaming bundles will have access to bonus in-game items, including the Hella Chill operator skin, 90s Chic calling card, Coin Operated weapon charm and Arcade Avenger emblem. To redeem, EE customers can text ‘BLACKOPS6’ to 150.

I didn’t as I’m on Xbox series X anyway so I got it free from the game pass

That’s what I mean lol I’ve had a series x since it came out so I have the game already are they telling me I have to buy there bundle buy the game from them n then I get it that’s like £500 for a skin, I’ve bought a sim set up monthly payments so what’s the issue

I don't think it is available on Pay As You Go unfortunately. Not sure if this is a mistake by EE not adding the text code to PAYG 150, but i agree it is misleading to say "All EE Customers" and it not be available to Pay As You Go.

It works for contract customers as I've just done it myself.

Please don't keep copying this response onto multiple threads as it implies people need to purchase the game or a gaming bundle from EE which is not the case, as mentioned in your post when it says "All EE Customers AND those who purchase the new gaming bundles will have access to bonus in-game items."

The offer states All EE Customers can claim, as well as those who have bought a Gaming Bundle.

The issue seems to be that this is not working for Pay As You Go customers, while the headline states "All EE Customers." For context I am a PAYM customer who did not purchase the game or a bundle from EE, however I was able to claim the items via the text. There is no purchase necessary.
