    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm growing increasingly frustrated at this problem as I have phoned EE several times now and the closest I have to a resolution is getting a new router sent out (We will see if that works).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting massive latency spikes after transferring from BT to EE, I was first using wifi and got a Smart Wifi Extender (White box), I was able to piggy back off that essentially and get a wired connection from my extender and it worked for the first two weeks, no issues. However around Tuesday-ish (15th October) I started experiencing lag spikes which I initially thought was my game until I realised I was rubber banding and it was a network issue. I then phoned EE and was told they will send a new extender out to increase the effectiveness of the connection, I instead went and bought a cat 6 ethernet cable and connected it to my PC from the router. This hasn't solved my latency issue and I get sporadic download speeds too, sometimes it's the 900MB/s I pay for other times it's as low as 300 MB/s. The download speed isn't my gripe, it's the latency and jitter spikes, it has made the game I am trying to play absolutely unplayable as I just randomly rubber band around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to see if anyone has experienced similar issues or if anyone has a fix that I may be doing wrong as all the other posts are related to wifi not a wired ethernet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The diagnostics bot on the website knows something isn't right and has restarted my router what must be going on 10-15 times now, everytime it restarts for the first 10 minutes it's perfect but after that the issue resumes, really getting tired now as when I pay such a high price for the internet and tv I expect it to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
