Xbox series x order

Hey folks, I ordered a Xbox series X (White) yesterday but other than an email confirming my order I have heard nothing(they did take £20 though) after trying to talk to EE (150) I couldn't find out anything I ordered another one(black)(they took another £20) but still no info. Is there a delay in order processing currently? Or can you think of another reason for the delay?

Welcome to the community.

It is quite normal to not hear anything else yet if the order was just placed yesterday.

You'd get the confirmation email and it would then go to be processed by our digital sales team. If it is in stock it would usually be despatched within 1 day and when it is on the way, you'd get a text from DPD to let you know when it would be delivered.

Which package did you order?
