The vouchers to redeem your PS Plus subscription through the PlayStation Store should be included in the box with the console, but it's worth checking all the packaging that the console came in too.

If you've definitely not got anything, please contact our customer care team, and they'll be able to help get this investigated further.

There was a a play station premium leaflet in there but no codes

Thanks @Pablo831, so you've checked both the PlayStation box and the outer packaging that the console came delivered in?
