where does the code get sent to because i havent recieved one to use for the xbox game pass

Hi @Mand4242- ,

If you have the Xbox Game pass as an inclusive extra or add-on to your mobile plan, or as part of an Xbox bundle being paid through your EE bill, head to ee.co.uk/xbox to activate your Xbox game pass.

If you have the Xbox game pass as part of a broadband deal, you should receive an e-mail when the service is ready to activate. You should be able to activate this by logging into your online account and going to Plans and subscriptions> Manage gaming.
